  Last night I went to get my husband a new phone because his quit working. Upon being "checked in" I was told my wait would be 25 to 30 minutes, 50 minutes later I was finally helped. While I was waiting there were five other people also waiting, and three employees in the back room that did nothing to actually help the rest of the customers. One employee never left the backroom. Another employee did come out but started helping another employee that was already helping a couple with their setup, then wandered around the store from there. And the last employee was the manager who would come out and "check in" new costumers but not actually help anyone. Unfortunately I had to go back to this morning, because I was given the wrong phone case, I had to be "checked in" again and waited another 10 minutes because they had to wait until one of the employees was available, do you use their scanner in order to scan the box for the new phone case, even though the manager is not with a customer. It's very poor customer service when you have a register in the front of your store that you can't use, because you're relying on technology of a hand scanner. Also that you can't exchange a product for a customer who's standing there with the receipt in hand for the product, without having to have their ID to scan. Will definitely trying a different store for future phone needs.
